2) CAN I PLACE AN ORDER FOR A SOLD-OUT PRODUCT?
      For Sold-Out Products, if you're registered with us, add them to your Wishlist. Do submit your email address, so we can notify you once these styles are back in stock. If not, contact our Customer Support Team with the product SKU code via Email, Phone Call, Chat or Whatsapp. We will check and let you know, if and when we should receive these styles again.
 
3) CAN I RESCHEDULE MY DELIVERY/PICKUP?
     Once the product is dispatched, you can simply ask the courier person to reschedule your deliver/pickup. You just need to share your order ID # with us on info@riwazo.com and we will notify you the courier number.

• PAYMENT & PROMOS- FAQs
 
1) IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD? 
      All Credit Card payments are processed through checkout systems provided by secure payment gateways.
 
2) CAN I CHANGE OR AMEND MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
      You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it and if it hasn’t been dispatched already. Once dispatch we cannot make any changes of cancel the order. 
 
3) FOR HOW LONG CAN YOU HOLD MY ORDER ONCE IT’S PLACED?
     Payment needs to be done within 24 hours from the time the order is placed, failing which we would consider the order cancelled. Since we have very limited stocks of our product, hence, We will be able to hold the product for you for only 24 hours.
 
4) HOW DO I USE COUPON CODES?
     As part of our offers and giveaways, we share coupons code with you. If you’ve received a coupon code from us, you will find it in your email. On adding items to your cart, view your ‘Shopping Cart’ before you proceed to ‘Checkout.’ Enter your coupon code within the area marked out for it. Don’t forget to ‘Apply Coupon.’
Note: Coupon code can be used only once with the register email ID, coupon code not valid on sale products.
 
5) DOES RIWAZO.COM OFFER CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)?
    COD is available for selected locations/Pin codes in India only. COD limit is up to 9900 INR.
Please Note - For COD orders, the style will come in standard measurements as mentioned in the size chart. Customisation is not available for COD orders.
 
6) HOW DO I RETURN AND/OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

7) ARE THERE ANY CURRENCY CONVERSION CHARGES?
Please note, there are additional currency rate charges levied by your bank on your credit/debit card in case you are making the payment in INR or any other foreign currency apart from your originated currency. These charges are non-refundable. 
 
• RETURN & CANCELLATIONS- FAQs
   
1) I WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER?
   Oh no! Cancellations make us sad. However, to make it easy for you we allow early cancellations. You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it and if it hasn’t been dispatched already. Once dispatch we cannot make any changes of cancel the order. Please share feedback/reason of why you want to cancel the order.
 
2) ARE THERE ANY REVERSE PICKUP CHARGES?
     For Indian Customers:
Pick-up is free within India.
 
For International Customers:
US - Reverse pick up charges - $50 Per Item
Rest of the countries - Customers will be responsible to ship the product back to us with tracking details at info@riwazo.com. The customer will be liable to pay the return shipping and customs charges which are non-refundable.

• DELIVERY – FAQS
 
1) DELIVERY WAS ATTEMPTED BUT I WAS UNAVAILABLE. WHAT NEXT?
Do not worry, our courier will try to reattempt to deliver in next 2 days. In case parcel is still not delivered you can call or email us so you can submit your delivery request to the courier.
 
2) WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY CHARGES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?
At the time of checkout, for international orders courier charges will be counted as per the order weight. For UK and EU nations, Canada duty and vat needs to be paid by the customers at the time of delivery. The product cost does not include the duty and vat charges. Also, if customer rejects the shipment at the time of delivery (of UK, EU nations, Canada), the restock fees and the return duty charges will be applicable. 
 
3) ARE THERE CUSTOMER CHARGES?
    For Indian Customers :
Product Prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes and duties.
 
For International Customers :
VAT / Custom, Taxes, and Import Duties are not included in our ordering process but may be charged to you by your government. They are entirely your responsibility.
 
4) WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY CHARGES FOR DOMESTIC/INDIA ORDERS?
     We offer free delivery within India.

6) IS SAME DAY DELIVERY POSSIBLE?
     We only offer flexible delivery options within Surat. For other domestic and international delivery, our timelines are between 5 to 25 days depending on the products.
 
7) HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO DELIVER MY ORDER?
     Delivery date of the product is mentioned on every product.
 
For ready to ship products: our delivery time is 7-9 working days once the order is placed.
For pre-order / made to order products: delivery time is 30 to 45 working days once the order is placed.
 
Our Dispatch Team ensures timely deliveries across the globe. Once you’ve placed your order with us, you will receive an email from us, which will include delivery dates.
 
8) THE ORDER STATUS IS ‘DELIVERED’ BUT NOT RECEIVED. WHAT TO DO?
      Check with your neighbour/front desk, etc. if someone accepted the package. Try to contact the courier to cross check if someone has signed for the package. If no one accepted delivery email us on info@riwazo.com with your order details.
 
Once you get the tracking details of the shipping we request you to estimate us if the product doesn't delivered within 10-15 days of the dispatched, So that we can coordinate with our courier partner
 
If there is no update about the delivery we will consider the order has been delivered, hence you cannot apply for the refund.
 
9) HOW TO TRACK THE ORDER AFTER IT IS SHIPPED?
      You'll receive an email with the tracking details, you can check on the courier website and track the order with the tracking number.

1) HOW CAN I INFORM ABOUT ANY DEFECT/ISSUE WITH THE PRODUCT TO RIWAZO?
     Requirement to inspect and give notice of a defect-
 
1. The Customer is required to inspect the product immediately upon delivery and shall within 48 hours from such delivery give notice in writing to RIWAZO by email, of any matter whereof the Customer may allege that the product is not in accordance with the order.
 
2. If the Customer fail to give such notice the goods will be deemed to be in all respects in accordance with the order and the Customer shall be deemed to have accepted the goods accordingly.
 
3. The Customer shall give us written notice of any hidden defects within 48 hour of their delivery.
